International Dance Community in Budapest:
Celebrating Cultural Diversity Through Dance
Launched in 2022 by Ayumi Toyabe (JP), the International Dance Community in Budapest brings together dancers and enthusiasts from 33 countries so far (2025 spring), fostering a vibrant exchange of cultures and styles. This initiative promotes artistic collaboration, cultural understanding, and creativity through various dance forms, enriching the local arts scene and encouraging global connections.
Our strength lies not only in offering open dance classes but also in hosting a variety of free events to engage our community. These include craft meet-ups, outings to the opera house to enjoy ballet performances, picnics, and more, creating a welcoming atmosphere for participants to connect and share their passion for dance and culture.
