About the Teacher
Ayumi Toyabe is a Professional dancer and choreographer working nationally and internationally based in Budapest. (Born in Tokyo) Graduate from Ballet Academy Nürnberg, Germany Diploma course (2015). Complete the Professional dance course Art Factory International Bologna, Italy. (2016). Assistant director of Tokyo Space Dance (2019-) and instructor of Space Dance School in Budapest. She performed her solo dance piece Augmented Spaces (directed by Gyula Berger) in Hungary, Japan, South Korea, Estonia, Transylvania with the supports of Hungarian National Cultural Found, L1 Association, Workshop Foundation, workspacebrussels, Ultima Vez (Life Long Burning Wild Cards Program). Currently she is leading an international contemporary dance collective UGOIQ, teaching Ballet and Contemporary dance in ZeroPlus DanceWorks and individuals. Teaching dance to people from more than 25 countries since 2022.
