Ballet Open Class in Budapest

- For adult (beginners & intermediate)
The class starts with the warming up and stretching. After that there will be barre work and center work for the ballet technique and combinations. Check the feedback from the students HERE.

Stretching Class
- 60 minutes
- In English/Japanese
- For adult
Ayumi will gently guide you through the whole class. It will includes the elements of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and self massage.
The class will help you to relax your body. You can expect to feel refreshed after the class.

Contemporary Dance Open Class
- 60 minutes
- In English / Japanese
- 5 - 16 years old (kids)
The best way of learning something new together with your children.
Sign up is possible minimum with 4 participants, maximum 12 participants.
*kid's participation without parents are also possible
The class starts with warming up and will develop to the dance techniques and combinations. You can expect many pair works and working with your creativity as well:) Have a special time with your kids!

Perfect choice if you would like to work on the specific topic with dance/movements. Ayumi has been supporting the students who were preparing for the dance auditions/competitions. As well as the people who were recovering from the injuries. Each class will be rich and useful for the participant.
Private lesson is the best way of reaching your own goals in a short time. Any levels are welcome.
